Material designation, AWS/ASME/ASTM/EN standard or manufacturer reference.
Quantity & size
Required quantity, dimensions, packing or coil/length requirements.
Documents
MTC, inspection certificate, COC, test requirements or other project documentation.
Delivery
Destination/port, required delivery date and preferred Incoterm.
Email RFQ
For actual RFQs, attaching your Excel file or specification is recommended.
